LAS PERLAS PROYECT
The project called “LAS PERLAS” has a density of 525 units, with an occupation of 2640 people and a daily expenditure of 968 cubic meters of waste water to be treated. The treatment plant uses an anaerobic percolator filter treatment system.
It provides for a first pretreatment section with a grease trap and Imhoff pit.
The plant is modular and it comes with four double modules in parallel.
There is no need for electric motors, because it enjoys the slope so that the waste water enters the plant and is always seen by gravity.
Each module at the entrance presents a record. That way each module can work independently and if necessary separate it from the others to provide maintenance. At the exit of the plant is placed a contact tank to promote the disinfection of water before its final discharge.
