EDILECO PLANT – TURÍN ITALIA

The EDILECO company treatment plant is locate in the city of Turin, Italia.

It was built in 2009, and is designed to process 20 cubic meters per hour of industrial waste of different origines. Edileco is a company dedicated to collecting liquid waste in different industries where there is no presence of treatment plants and provides a treatment service in its plant.

The plant is designed to act with a protocol of control of the waste at the entrance of the plant, which arrives by means of trucks built for this specific service. Then the chemical laboratory decides what type of treatment will be used for that type of residual, depending on the test result of the sample.

The plant has the following sections:

• initial pre-treatment, solids separator, storage tanks awaiting treatment
• chemical and physical treatment section
• section of biological treatment with activated sludge extended aeration
• treatment section with sand and activated carbon filters

The entire plant and the waste management protocol were developed and built by our company.
